Motivations

To effectively manage Lean Mind’s social media, enabling us to gain visibility and, concurrently, connect with collaborators who have a meaningful social purpose, as commendable as those we have had and currently have. To support our collaborators in everything they need and to participate in our brand image campaigns. I aim to achieve meaningful growth in the workforce and the entire company in all its spheres, ensuring that the motivation of our colleagues is a constant in our daily life. What motivates me the most in my role as Head of Digital Strategy and Communication is to make visible that Lean Mind is a worthwhile company, comprised of great professionals. We are good people (each in their own right) and, moreover, we are kind-hearted :)
