I aim to achieve meaningful growth in the workforce and the entire company in all its spheres, ensuring that the motivation of our colleagues is a constant in our daily life. What motivates me the most in my role as Head of Digital Strategy and Communication is to make visible that Lean Mind is a worthwhile company, comprised of great professionals.
