Want to know how we work with Voxel?

Voxel Group is a Barcelona-based company founded in 1998, specializing in the development of innovative technological solutions. Its main areas of focus include B2B payments, electronic invoicing, and VAT recovery. It is recognized for its leadership in e-billing and electronic payment solutions, as well as for its role in supply chain management through its Bavel platform.

The company has had a significant impact on the tourism industry, helping many organizations fully digitize their invoicing processes. Over the years, Voxel has maintained a strong track record of growth and innovation, with a firm commitment to efficiency, continuous improvement, and cutting-edge technology.

Beyond its business success, Voxel stands out for its corporate culture. It values diversity and inclusion, with a team of over 200 people representing 25 different nationalities. Its philosophy centers on a people-oriented culture, guided by values such as constant challenge, a love of change, team care, and collaboration.

The Collaboration

Voxel has a very strong engineering culture. It applies XP methodologies, incorporates pair programming into daily work, and practices TDD with conviction. At Lean Mind, we share the same vision and philosophy, which allowed us to establish a values-based collaboration from the very beginning.

Integration into the teams was smooth. Lean Mind team members enjoy real autonomy within Voxel, which has enabled a deep, enriching, and very natural collaboration. In the words of Manel Ibáñez: “the fit has been magical.”

The collaboration started modestly but has steadily expanded. Today, several Lean Mind developers are involved in various projects, thanks to the strong results and cultural alignment between both organizations.

Our team members work as backend and fullstack developers, primarily using C# and the .NET ecosystem. Beyond development, we also provide training on the language and framework, and we actively contribute to the continuous improvement of legacy code through best practices, refactoring, and testing strategies.

We feel strongly aligned with Voxel’s culture, which is rooted in team care, open communication, and building sustainable code over time.

Impact and Purpose

This collaboration excites us—not only because of the excellent work environment, but also because of the mutual commitment to developing high-quality software.

We also share with Voxel a strong dedication to remote work, pair and group programming (mob programming), and an inclusive environment that values diversity as a driver of growth.

The 3 Magic Words

1. Transparency

Voxel has placed strong trust in Lean Mind, integrating new team members into their squads. The prospects for shared growth are very positive, and we are deeply grateful for the trust they continue to place in us.

2. Purpose

At Lean Mind, we are committed to social causes. When starting a collaboration, we seek partnerships with organizations that share our values. With Voxel, we’re moving in the right direction: putting people first and taking care of our teams.

3. Commitment

The Lean Mind team is 100% committed. We adapt with agility to new technical challenges, embrace change naturally, and contribute with a constructive attitude to every project.

Voxel, for its part, actively nurtures the collaboration. They care about the growth of the people involved and foster an environment that drives the shared progress of both organizations.
