The first interview
We work side by side for at least an hour. We code on your laptop, in the environment you’re most comfortable with, and using your favorite programming language. The goal is to experience solving a problem together and for both sides to assess whether this is the kind of collaboration we’re looking for.
We do our best to help you relax and work as you normally do: searching on StackOverflow, having conversations... This is not a test. If you indicate that your level of English is “intermediate” or “advanced,” the conversation will be held in English.
