I’m motivated to keep learning, to look for new ways of working and to find new tools to help simplify solutions. I’m motivated by teamwork where we can all contribute, and feel that we learn from each other. I am also motivated by the DevOps philosophy where the team's responsibilities range from product development to design to production release.
