Motivations
I am motivated by the continuous learning of new things, honing my technique in development to create quality software for people and improve my family environment through my work. I love working in a team. Pairing not only helps me grow professionally but also enriches me personally as I develop alongside my colleagues. I believe that teaching is the best way to learn and solidify knowledge. It is a habit that brings mutual enrichment, both for the teacher and the learner. Attending events where I can meet other people, share experiences, and learn from them is something I am passionate about, as it allows me to discover new places in addition to learning new things.
